FeedbackTime allows businesses such as restaurants, gyms and hotels to get valuable real-life feedback from customers through a dedicated self-service tablet. Back in 2015, I was in charge for designing the app's simple UX and UI in a way that is fun and encourages 'on the go' participation. There is no time for the users to learn the interface, or even read unnecessary text, so I kept the simplest approach possible: a brief personal call accompanied with a pair of eyes in the background to help draw attention (to my experience, we are 'programmed' to look towards faces that look at us), followed by a BIG non-flat button with large contrasts, then a large question (or questions) in bold typeface followed by four options represented by clear and friendly emojis (illustrated by myself) for which I also gave the appropriate emotional colors.

* Original typography was face-lifted from Helvetica Neue to San Fransisco to represent today's look.
